ever since khan left roach, his punches has gone down. his punches now is just being thrown out there with no real purpose of hurting or damaging his opponent. when i saw the fight live, i thought khan looked good, his speed was there and he looked fast. but after re-watching the fight, like many on here have stated, those flurries that khan threw was barely landing. most of them were just glazing the gloves, arms of canelo. with roach, khan was throwing hard shots.Comment

Hearn just got a big write up on how Khan could get paid even more millions for fighting Kell, than he did for flopping with Canelo. They must feel he has star power to make such a statement. Hearn is offering that guy laying on the matt millions to fight Kell.Comment

It's lines like that that will make me partially miss Bob when he is gone. Straight up savage.Comment

He never was or will be a top fighter. Far too flawed for that. It is what it is. It's useless being fast if you're lacking too much in other departments. He can still beat fringe contenders though. You only have to look at Pac bouncing Algieri off the canvas about 50 times and and Spence flattening him to know what real good fighters do to people of Algieri's level. Im not saying khan should have knocked him out cold but any elite fighter should deal with Chris, whether it's KO or a near shutout. Him and khan are about similar level right now, there or there abouts.Comment

I really hope con responds. I wonder what he'll say. Probably that arum was keeping pacquiao away from him or somethingComment

Edit>> and it doesn't matter how great you are if you don't have any kind of chin - as even elite fighters get tagged once in a while.Last edited by SteveM; 05-11-2016, 11:57 AM.Comment
