As far as skillset, he is poor, he throws punches for the sake of throwing punches, there is no pattern to his work, he has no jab, the guy solely relies on overwhelming his opponents with his size and strength. However against men who are strong as him, who can move a bit, and can diffuse him either by clinching or a stiff jab, he comes undone and you soon realize, there is nothing else to him.

He was matched against a shot Paulie and a undersized feather fisted Devon and then grotesquely overrated.

I always laugh when Kenny Porter calls into the Boxingvoice and talks as if his son is the gods gift to boxing, some kind of technical genius.

Porter is a good unit, with strength, but he has to be cleverly matched

Some could though argue Brook got away with too much clinching and thats why he got the win. If you take away the clinching, and Brook was forced to actually fight, who knows what the outcome would have been, Brook didnt use his jab, he used his strength against Porter.
His jab was excellent against Porter, to head and body. As a lead and as a counter.

Porter landed less than 5 good punches over 12 rounds.

Thats because he was being clinched

Although i feel if Brook stopped clinching, he may have got Porter out of there, he fought nervous, it was a big occasion for him, his energy was all wrong.

Not a Khan fan but he has every right to reject Brook. Brook's last few opponents have been beyond pathetic. This dude is keeping the belt hostage fighting guys like Jo Jo Dan. Gimme a break. He shoulda been getting after guys like Bradley or Garcia instead of trying to tell bums like Rios what gloves they could use. Brook hasn't grown his name and he doesn't deserve this fight.

Every single Porter fight is a clinch-fest, that's not a coincidence.

The guy literally bulls forward with his head, grabs, hits behind the head and uses his head inside. Every fight. It's clearly part of Porter's game.

Brook was comfortably outboxing him on the outside and would have gladly worked that way all night. He just didn't allow Porter to do any of his dirty inside work.

            Yeah, that's bullshit.

Brook might be the better fighter than Garcia (might be, because he hasn't fought anyone since he beat Porter who I personally don't rate as high as other people but that's another topic,) but Garcia has the better timing and is the better counter puncher.

In not so many words, he's the worst stylistic matchup for Khan. Brook has a good jab, he controlls the distance pretty well but I don't see him beating Khan as easy as Garcia did. And Garcia took his share of punishment in that fight, just like every Khan opponent does.

Brook's after undeserved payday, when he beats someone good, let me know.

Mean while, GGG can't go to 157 to fight him? Because we both know the negotiations were confimed XD... getting insecure lil g fan?

Why didn't you address Hatton and change the subject...go on tell us XD

                Yeah and?

Chaves should've been moved but instead they outright cancelled the fight and chose to face Bizier to get him out of the way so they can go beg Khan for that payday for summer but it royally backfired. That's what they get for shafting Chaves who wouldve been Brook's mandatory considering it was him vs Bizier for the final shot and they had him pulled and offer a direct shot as his voluntary.

Garcia has displayed his counter punching prowess against the likes of Khan, Judah, Holt, Peterson, Matthysse and Robert Guerrero.

Brook has: Porter (well done), Bizier, Gavin, Dan, Senchenko (stopped by Paulie lol)

                  Levels.

If you compare their last 3 opponents, Garcia's WW tune up, Paulie beats all 3 of Brook's World title defenses.

You know it, you're just bitter towards Brook for obvious reasons.
Yeah and he has shown us that against: Porter...............Dan, Gavin, Jones and Bizier

Garcia has shown us what he has against: Matthysse, Khan, Peterson and Judah.

LOl bitter, look at the gif in your sign for a second.
