Funny how Ward supporters bag on Golovkin for not saying anything when there is nothing to be said at this point. But then Ward will continue saying he has nothing to say about Golovkin, while continuing to talk about him constantly. I find it funny that Ward got pissed that they were using his name when interviewers asked Tom/Abel about Andre, yet the interview that Ward gave when he first said Lil G, he brought it up on his own accord, without any question about Gennady. To go to someone else to tell them to stop bringing up your name, only then to go around and do the same ****? You gotta admit, that's a b**** move.

I'm sure Lemuix would of took step aside money to let him fight Ward. Funny Sht is Sanchez and Loeffler called WARD out 1st! Said he was a NOBODY who is worth only a 90/10 split. He fights on BET and can't even sale out his own Arena..

You Westerners really have a hard time understanding what it means when one has "lost face", and "descends to insult and false accusations"...It's the ultimate insult bestowed on Ward...in this case Ward is like dust in the wind...blowing by and gone...he's not worth noting anymore in GGG's camp...
In Ward's defense and his sympathizers, however a small group they are, should worry about his own career and focus on the fight with Kovalev...

Truth is, he's really always been that way.
For the real fight fans, interviews with GGG in Kazakh are where it's at. It really allows the hard bastard in him to show through. I kinda like it. I feel like we're in on a secret that 90% of people who watch / attend his fights don't know about.
It kinda makes sense too. If you've ever been to a foreign country where you have only a limited command of the language--the best thing you can do to help yourself is to smile and be gracious. Even if you're an asshole normally, you kind of suspend that part of yourself when interacting with people as a stranger in a strange land.

Kovalev gave up nothing by accepting the deal. If it happens, great, if it doesnt happen, great. It didnt cost him anything. GGG on the other hand would have had to give up his Canelo mando spot, and also would have been stripped of the IBF belt. It would have been a ******ed move to make.
Ward didn't make any sense & if Ward was in GGG's spot & the situation was flipped it wouldn't have made any sense for Ward to move up either. The names involved don't really matter unless you are fanboying. When you are as close as GGG is to a fight with the biggest name in the sport you don't move away from that spot to fight a guy virtually no one cares about outside of Oakland, CA.
Ward was a squirrel that needed a nut. GGG already has the biggest nut in his sights. Why would you go chasing a smaller nut silly fanyboy momos?

The same situation GGG would've been in. I keep seeing that lie repeated with nothing to back it up. Even it that were the case (which is wasn't) for the sake of argument. During that same period Team GGG were still saying they'd fight Froch or Floyd. So they were willing to give up the mando spot for Froch or Floyd? Continuing for the sake of argument....If you say yes, because those are big money fights, then you'd have to agree that K2 has been lying about unification being the main goal, right? They've repeatedly said unification is the main goal but would move up/down for a big fight. Going by your statement that moving up or down would remove him from the mando spot (which is a lie) that would mean unification isn't the main goal, right?
Now had GGG taken this deal and signed the contract, immediately after Cotto-Canelo had concluded, GBP is smart enough to have immediately notified the WBC that they were ready to begin negotiations for their mandatory defense with GGG. "Oh, GGG is unavailable because he's contracturally obligated to a Ward fight? My my, how unfortunate, I guess he has to get stripped of the interim title then. How sad".
And since an IBF mando was due immediately after the Lemieux fight, and can only be bumped for a unification, he would have been stripped of the IBF belt because a Ward fight is not a unification.
And he gives all this up just for a Ward fight, that assuming Ward doesnt pull out with an injury or lawsuit, isnt even a big money fight??
Cmon man, this isnt rocket science.
