I understand Khan. Brook has been fighting bums and is preparing to fight another bum as we speak. Khan has been taking risks travelling overseas to fight tougher fights and he can't just give Brook a fight. More than 30 fights against bums then expect to trade off Khan's name?

If Khan fights Danny Garcia that's going to leave Brook without a high profile opponent and he's going to get badly ridiculed if he fights someone like Diego Chaves next. If Broner wont leave the US and fight Brook then that doesn't leave him with a lot of options either. It could be another very disappointing summer for Brook.

If the only options for Danny Garcia are Garcia-Khan II or Garcia-Brook, Garcia is flying to London and taking on Kell Brook (Sky Box Office/Showtime).

Why in the heck would Danny Garcia be excited to fight the guy he's already stopped, who just got KTFO, and hasn't looked good since getting slept the first time (not to mention Khan's asking price for the mandatory challenge won't be light)?

Brook should of took Maidana when he was still active to me that would of been a great matchup he could still face Broner Vargas or the winner of Thurman vs Porter Garcia will most likely face Floyd when he comes back but Brook could also move up and challenge Lara Jermall Charlo or Williams maybe even Liam Smith his name is starting to make a buzz out here

Khan speaks about legacy one moment and then maximizing his return the next moment. The truth is that fighting Brook (and beating him) would satisfy both aims. So from a logical point of view there is no reason to not fight Brook. But hate never follows lines of logic.

In some ways Brook does need to up his profile. Let Brook take a meaningful large fight this summer. He says he wants it but we haven't heard of any meaningful negotiations since he beat Bizier -which was what? 5 weeks ago? WTF is going on there? He is hanging on Khan's coat-tails like Khan hung on to Mayweather's. Garcia is semi-free. Bradley will be available by summer. Vargas is available isn't he? As far as I can see those would all be reputation enhancing fight/victories for Brook. Why aren't negotiations being opened?

If Brook could beat Vargas and Spence - he could ridicule Khan from a superior vantage point. Right now he can't really sound off as his resume, apart from Porter, is lacking.

Kell Brook beating Khan means nothing. He's in it for payday and Khan shouldn't give him one.

Brook's been getting on my nerve for calling out Khan as much as Khan for calling out Mayweather.

Brook should fight someone worthy and build his legacy.

I like Khan and I honestly think he should fight some of the big name welterweights out their but it makes no sense to not fight Brook. It would sell huge in the UK and he would probably get the bigger piece of that pie.
