khan fighting garcia = bad PPV

khan shouldn't even be allowed to compete on this level he's just not that good - no one cares anymore about a loser who talks but gets knocked out all the time - and Garcia already did it once. if anything it should be a free pbc night - as its just another easy beating no one should pay to watch

        I'm a fan of both.

I honestly think that Danny has a better shot than people think. I get the style match up heavily favours Floyd but if they fight in September Floyd will have been not only on the shelf for a year but also out of training and age 40.

Not only that, Danny has some tools that could give Floyd something to think about IMO.

        I like the fight anyway.

And I thought a KO loss would shut him up for a while...

              I don't think so.

Garcia is the smaller basic version of Canelo. Floyd would look his best since Alvarez. Potential rust and decline from age would be offset by Garcia being a lower level fighter with a subprime style for facing Floyd.

It's the type of opponent Floyd could beat with a jab alone.

Does beating Khan again do anything for Garcia? .... Are people really going to give him credit for it?

At this point KO'ing Khan isn't a big deal anymore and I think it'll be easier from now on. There have to be lasting effects from that knockout.

Khan's final KO loss before turning full time journeyman. This will be what will really make fans see that Khan is just not good. With the Canelo fight, people stand behind Canelo being too big, despite evidence like the first DSG fight, the Diaz fight, the Algieri fight, the Prescott fight, Peterson. But this DSG rematch is what will put the final nail on Khan's coffin. He absolutely has to win, but he probably won't, he will get feinted and caught again. He fought perfectly vs Canelo, everything he could do right, he did it, but still got caught. His chin is a magnet for power punches.

It's a big deal because it really wipes Khan off the map. Right now Khan is at a crossroads still, #2 ranked welterweight, WBC mando, many fans believe in him, like the Judah of his era. So DSG beating him again is going to be a big deal, because it will put him down to the lower levels of 147, where he actually should be. Right behind him at WW, there's like 5 guys there that probably KO him.
