Floyd did what what Floyd does best, he danced around landing a few pot shots here and there just enough to get the win.

Floyd schooled Guerrero, but he did just enough to win and not get knocked out against Canelo.

If there was a Floyd vs Canelo rematch, all Canelo would have to do is pressure Floyd more to get the win since he now knows Floyd has little power and can't hurt him.
Canelo never won a round you gotta hit Floyd to beat him and Canelo cant hit him , thats a schooling when the guy was 150 lbs .

You got a bit of double standard going on there you might want to straighten out !

Then after you explain that one we have JMM must be 143 , fight was nip and tuck many thought JMM was robbed , so lets have a rematch now JMM you got to be 147 .

Then we got Rios you got to be 147 but Algieri got to be 143 , both JWWS and both coming of loses .

Then we got his phony 150 title that was the biggest set up fight in years , you could make a movie from that script .

You wanna get into Floyd and Manny about weight you will get tore a new one because NOBODY in the history of boxing has manipulated weight by contract like Manny has , not even close and thats a very easy fact to prove .
There is a big difference between you and me when it comes to CWs. My preference is no CW but I can accept some CWs if it means getting a good fight on. There is no point though if it means that one guy was drained due to CWs. You on the other hand hated CWs. You were like that guy on Seinfeld(see below). You probably put people on your ignore list if they defended their favorite fighter's request for a CW. Then Floyd did it and we get a different RELOADED.

None of what you said compares to the 2 Floyd CWs.
      - Canelo vs Floyd. It was Floyd's 3rd fight at that weight and both Floyd and Canelo had belts at 154. So why the CW?

"CWs are to drain a fighter" - Floyd

      - Marquez vs Floyd. Marquez was 2 fights away from 130 fights. Never fought at 140 nor 147. That was already a disgrace but then for Floyd to not even come down to 144 and came in at whatever weight he pleased to be at?

Here is the old RELOADED when it came to discussing CWs. No CW was acceptable! Once his hero did it with Canelo, ...... you changed.

Floyd has never weighed in near 154 .

You missed the Manny CWs again , now explain what I asked you , or run away like a fckn weasel .

Here they again , now answer them .

That schooling was epic. People forget that it was Canelo himself who said he'd come all the way down to 150 to fight Floyd. Floyd was generous when he gave him those extra two pounds. And if I'm not mistaken he weighed in at 153 his prior fight, so 1 pound loss was nothing to him. Canelo just couldn't handle that type of boxer.

They dont see the difference that Canello called Floyd out at 150 and Floyd met him in the middle , Floyd never called him out Canelo pushed him for the fight while the idiots said Floyd would duck him lol .

These same idiots knocking Floyd go ahead in the next breath and praise Manny for fighting Oscar at 147 then forcing Cotto to 145 to fight for Cottos title , and then forcing JMM to 147 and Algieri to 143 , Margo to 150 and avoiding every WW in the top 5 , talk about a fighter hop scotch with weight Manny is the best ever lol .

Some screwy people in here with some weird double standards .

Floyd had already fought at 154 limit twice before.
Floyd had already won a title at 154 TWICE.

The fight between Floyd vs Canelo, they BOTH held 154 titles.
Canelo begged to fight at 154 because 152 would be draining.

Canelo said just before the fight that making the 152 CW was the hardest thing that he had to do during his training camp.

This was Floyd's THIRD fight at 154. Why the CW when he didn't need one before?

"CWs are to drain fighters. He is an undefeated fighter" - Floyd Mayweather

What happened to you? No CW was acceptable for you. If anyone even tried to mention CW, you were on them like a pack of wolves!

Nice try but that was years before. Now go back and check what Canelo wanted at the time when they needed to negotiate? 154

Canelo weighed in at 153.5 vs Trout.

@152 Weak no power Canelo (no threat as a puncher)

155 lbs hard punching solid Canelo (built to destroy) rehydrates to a tank

WTF do you haters get this green s..t from? When you have fought 45 professional fights and have been a world champion for three years, you are not green. Alvarez is overrated and Mayweather exposed him as overrated. As far as the catchweight is concerned, I could take a dump and lose two pounds. That means nothing, especially since Alvarez started his career at 140.

                    • This fight and Pacquiao vs Bradley III made me appreciate Mayweather more. Both guys went into those fights studying the Mayweather blueprint. They're both younger fighters and tried to use their speed, but came up extremely short.

Floyd will be more appreciated after the years pass on.
