Deserves more fame for knocking out bum after bum? LOL

The last significant fight he had was against a shop worn Kassim Ouma 5 years ago. And even then he struggled with him.

If Canelo is a coward punk for fghting Mayweather, Lara, Trout, Mosley, Angulo, then what does that make Golovikn? What makes him this murderous boogeyman? Dude is scared shitless of Ward, didn't make a fight with Lara, and feats on bums and complete nobodies.

Maybe you should do some research dumbass.

when did this new rule of you have to move up in weight or fight at a catchweight because we said so start? was bernard forced to move up from middleweight when beating mediocre fighters? how many fights did bernard have before he fought at a catchweight? most of these catch weights seem to happen late in fighters careers and when it does happen it is from 2 opponents from different weight classes not 2 fighters from the same weight division

No it isn't. Neither fight should've been sanctioned but at least in one of them both fighters were in the same division. When you drag Khan, who was knocked out at 135, to the imaginary 155 division and want to claim that it's a better victory you know you have problems.

He fought the 4 best JMW's on the planet, CONSECUTIVELY !

Nobody has a better resume than Canelo over that period.

And then he followed that up with Kirkland/Cotto/Khan.

He has beaten a big pile of champions/ex-champions, including a number of world-class fighters.

Golovkin has done nothing like that..... not only has he never fought a truly world-class opponent , he has in fact avoided 2 of them and could be about to avoid his 3rd.

                It's not even close man.

I get it, you love Golovkin.

One of those guys is world-class, and the other guy..... IS NOT !

A few pounds aint gonna make much difference, but spin that how you like.

I will go further..... Khan - despite moving up from welter - would most likely beat Wade head-to-head LMAO

                    Khan isn't world-class. He's a never-was.
                    He's not a top 5 fighter at 140, 147, 154, or the imaginary 155 division.
                    He has no chin.
                    None.

He would get flattened by the first right hand Wade landed. There's a reason weight classes exist. Specially when a guy has no chin.

He was #1 at 140, before he lost to Garcia!
