This is actually a myth, Mayweather almost always stepped on the scales on fight night.

He did against Canelo (150), he did it against Maidana (148), he did against Ortiz (150), and NSAC had his fight night weight on their official documents (probably coz of the dehydration thing they had to weigh him, 149lbs).

So stop right there buddy and check yourself.
