Two of my nephew's grew up fatherless, but they had Uncle Z!! I checked their female behavior and corrected it. After my pop's passed, true leadership passed to me in my large family. Rules are simple:
1. Handle your business
2. Never be afraid to fail, fear never trying!
3. Be a man, say what you want to say or shut the **** up!
I got other rules, lots f them. My pop's cared more about being loved than correcting bad behavior.
I get corrected by older dudes who would make most posters **** their panties.
Left all alone, without a strong male lead...... No guidance...
I could say much more, but these guys lack the attention span to listen.
Life will teach them, but at great cost, at great cost. But, the best lessons are the most painful.
