The more I read this Forum the more I see just how fckn pig ignorant so many are to boxing , Floyd would school him again and would never get hit by that shot .

You people have Floyd on the brain more than his fans do lol , he really fcked your brains out .

Their difference in skill goes way beyond 3 lbs.

Mayweather is far too good for him. Let's not change history either, it was canelo's team that initially suggested 152.

Floyd could hop out of a casket and beat Canelo.

            .
Initially maybe, but around the negotiation table he wanted it at 154

Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez: Floyd Mayweather must face me at 154 pounds, I can't go lower

the guy was drained, look at the weigh in, we've never seen canelo look so frail and dry in his life

they should have a rematch at 155, floyd is around 165 right now

or they can fight at 154

This is Khan we're talking about. He's not known for his ring I.Q. He didn't have the power to keep Canelo off of him and Canelo just walked him down. Why the hell did he try to parry with both hands????? Like I said, Khan isn't known for his ring I.Q.

I just don't get the point of threads like this. Khan is vastly inferior to floyd in every way possible. The only people that don't acknowledge this are a few English trolls.

Floyd would beat 2016 canelo just like he did 2013 canelo. Canelo beating khan means nothing other than canelo reaffirming he can dominate weak chinned, weak willed 147lbers looking for a payday above 147.

                  Based on what tho...

Canelo was losing on points to Amir Khan at 155 then, as everyone knew would happen, got caught.

Floyd would be cautious and defensive and probably not get caught. It would be another lame UD with Canelo chasing him around punching the ropes.

The only reason Khan vs Mayweather was an interesting match is because May probably couldn't knock Khan out and it would turn into a contest of speed/points. This doesn't really apply to Canelo.

Lol he hasnt learned crap. Tried to potshot a guy muc faster than him. Khan just gets caught almost always like that and he couldnt do that against canelo.

Canelo style just isnt the style to beat floyd. You cant beat floyd at his own game

Khan super basic, he has speed and ranginess but he does the same thing over and over. A good boxer like Canelo is going to figure that out, even if it takes a few rounds but Canelo showed the exact same weakness in all his fights with rangy boxers because Canelo is a boxer also not a go get'em and rough them up sort of fighter. He was better than Trout so it worked out for Canelo, he was roughly equal to Lara, he had the advantages on Cotto but he didn't dominate, he was vastly inferior to Mayweather as a boxer.

Looking iffy against a committed Khan always in the cards but Canelo got to the place he needed to be before the fight was really in jeopardy, but nothing about Canelo is different. He is still a good fighter and a really good boxer but there are real limitations on his game, luckily for him if he does fight Golovkin he doesn't fit the mold of of what troubles Canelo most even if Golovkin does have boxing skill because he is much more offensive minded.
