You can't iron out a weak chin. He has to start thinking about his health at some point.

If he were smart, he'd retire. $13million pay day. If his health is in tact, it's clearly his best option. No shame in that loss, either. I give him major props for taking the fight.

He was the same fighter after his other KOes , he looks the same today as he was in his 10th fight a jabber runner pitter patter , the guy is an amateur style boxer that has no power he will always lose at the very top level in pro boxing .

          Why not?

EVERYONE expected him to get KO'd and he did.

          No risk fight.

Yep. Canelo had everything to lose in this one. He did what was expected though. Basically.....a pointless fight. But we all watched, didn't we?

Sadly your right his time in boxing could be over. He still has not learned how to protect his chin he did well early but his old habits are still there and when he's caught he goes down Hard. By the time he learns how to fight safely he might be too old very sad

Khan will be Khan, but a little more delusional. Getting KOed is nothing new to him, it's his thing.

For him to change he'd have to get broken down, beaten up and humiliated, Margarito/Cotto I style.

Stop the weak chin bull****. It's all about the vision and awareness.

That punch would've knocked out anyone if they didn't see it coming.

I think the gameplan was to stick and move. That came to an abrupt halt when Canelo started landing those body shots, though. And on the inside, Khan has zero anticipation. And never has. How he bit on that feint is beyond me. What's worse? He got hit AS he was was throwing a left hook. He not only bit on the feint, he actually got *beaten to the punch* as well!

Khan is still too preoccupied with what he's doing. And he always will be. He'll never operate well on the inside, because his defense sucks. He'd be able to get away with it, if he could take a shot, but he can't.

This just makes Floyd's win over Canelo even more impressive. Not only did he beat Canelo, he beat Canelo on the inside. Lara gave Canelo problems by jabbing and moving, but Floyd beat him right in the center of the ring.

Even the biggest Floyd hater has got to appreciate that defensive skill. If you don't, you probably shouldn't watch boxing.
