As much as we like Cinnamon to come to 160, he has a lame excuse saying he is a small MW.. IMO Anywhere between 157-160 is fine with a 50/50 split..
I do think though this will go to the purse bid and K2 cannot outbid GBP though they potentially are capable..
In which case 70/30 or 65/35 with 10% to winner..

Anyway he said these things while still on a high after a KO win.

When he wakes up, he will go back to his usual "while im at 155, i wont fight any 160lbs fighters"

If GGG called their bluff and said they will fight at 155, i believe Golden Boy and Canelo's team will move the goalposts and come up with another excuse. He's their biggest asset and still remembered by the casual fan as the ginger guy that lost to Floyd, if they want him to be a superstar then they need to cross over to the casual fan, so being flattened by GGG is the furthest thing from their plans. I personally don't think Canelo is the huge star they think and i don't think his popularity will grow anymore, same as GGG's wont. Both will plateau now until they fight because there's nobody else to enhance their popularity right now apart from each other. That's the only fight anybody cares about right now in regards to these two fighters.

Either way they're not going to put their biggest asset at that kind of a risk, not anytime soon.

They will drop the belt if they have to and some up with some damage limitation media spin so he doesn't look like a ducker.
