I had it Pulev 118-110. I gave Chisora rounds 6 & 9 but I thought rounds 1,4 & 10 were close so 116-112 & maybe 115-113 at worst. Pulev won the fight but I was a little ticked at the poor officiating. Pulev was clearly holding too much & the ref did nothing. Both guys were hitting in the back of the head but only Chisora was warned. Pulev showed a great jab & some good skill so he deserved the win. Chisora fought pretty hard & I liked the way he kept the body attack going the entire fight. He lacks the big punch & skillset to beat the top contenders. He is a solid gatekeeper but a fringe guy at best. Both were is good shape & both came to win. I would of liked to see a better ref but the right man won. That being said Pulev holds the left hand dangerously low & could be on his back if he comes up against another big puncher. Klitschko crushed him & I don't see Fury having any troubles with him. He is a solid fighter but I'm not sure he can get past Povetkin, Fury, Wilder or Klitschko. Joshua is not there yet but he could be another road block for Pulev's dreams of a title...

^^ sums it up pretty much. Chisora is finished at top level. He is a gatekeeper as you say. Joshua stops Pulev but it will probably take some time for this fight to happen, if it does down the line. Good to have Pulev in the top mix though, he is a quality foe to any of the championship aspirers.

Yeh I get what you're saying, the blow hards will do what they do ie blow hard.

Chisora has been on the decline since one armed Vitali took him to hell. The Fury loss in the rematch versus Chisora was a terrible fight Chisora was clearly there to make sure the bodies never put a hold on his purse he had no interest in trying that night, he just did what he did tonight blocked a record amount of punches with his face.

Pulev impressed me minus all the holding, he should've had a point taken away from at the very least. Take away his jab and he'll struggle though.

Pulev was exactly the same in the Arias fight. He's obviously trying to emulate Wlad after his embarrassing splattering and is going to stink out the joint against anyone he gets in the ring with from here on out. He's terrified of getting put on his ass again. Unfortunately he doesn't possess one iota of the skill or punching power of Wlad, so that's not going to work out well for him. Oh well. Can't say he'll be missed.

Surprised Chisora was not docked points all those rabbit punches and forearms were what they were I guess, desperation in a fight he was thoroughly out classed. 118-110 was the most accurate card.

When you're being clinched every time you try to get on the inside and the ref isn't penalising your opponent you do what you have to do. There was an element of frustration in Chisora's actions, but it was due to the ref not enforcing the rules correctly. What would you have preferred he do? Just accept getting hugged all night, making no effort to fight out? That would have no doubt met with your disdain as well.

Chisora did the right thing, and I hope every future opponent of Pulev's does the same. Blatant clinchers like that need to be stamped out of boxing, and if the refs aren't doing their job then fighters have to take matters into their own hands.

Pulev's going to get splattered by any of the giants in the division. He's trying to fight like Wlad but doesn't have the size, speed, power, footwork, experience or overall skills to emulate that tactic successfully. I doubt he even gets past someone like Carlos Takam, and Jennings would give him all he could handle. Wilder, Ortiz, Joshua, Parker, Povetkin and (of course) Wlad all beat the crap out of him. Fury outboxes him with one hand and a beer belly.

Pulev's options are limited.
