its quite simple really,

the first fight negotiations didnt come through because both fighters wanted more fights and money with the come on carrot the end of the stick a floyd vs manny fight if you continue supporting both guys not fighting each other.

that plan is now being implemented by canelo GGG camps and all the reasons why the fight not happening are just smoke screens ie weight, im da a side you da b side, with floyd its cowardice, cherry picking, asking for a test never done before in the history of prize fighting against a guy with no evidence of ped use, with pacquiao it was a you insulted me, why do i have to take an extra test not required by my sport if i bow down im basically admitting im a cheater....

all bull**** smokescreen reasons in order to justify not fighting each other while fighting other people and if you the fans support you get a prize in the end floyd manny. based on the amount ofmoney both guys made, and how many ppvs sold, i say it fookin worked.

He is pretty audacious for calling Manny out cold like that... But did u guys forget 2009-2010? The strange excuses Manny had for refusing random testing? At one point he said "I am afraid of needles", and the next day a photo surfaces of him sitting with a tattoo artist putting a needle all over his arm. We'll never truly know, but its kinda funny how quickly people seem to forget.

He never said that and its been debunked, even by Alex Ariza who even admit it while he worked with Mayweather for the Pac fight he said Bob Arum made that up and lied, why do you and others keep bringing that lie up over and over

you gotta go into specifics here. USDA has also been shown to be shady by allowed Floyd an IV without him first asking them, they caught him red handed using one without their knowledge and dint even tell the NSAC until 3 weeks after the fight.
