What's worse, is that if you even have half a brain, you could look at someone like Lance Armstrong and realize that not everyone who takes PED's is cut like a Greek God.
I can promise you, as someone who HAS taken PEDs, and HAS worked in in boxing gyms and other types of gyms, Manny was on PEDs. If I had to say, I'd say he was on the following:
Short-acting Testosterone
EPO
Growth Hormone
Insulin
Which is why he wanted the cutoff date. Sorry to burst your bubble Pac stans, but your hero is a cheater. Just like Floyd. Just like Marquez. And before you say: "But Manny never failed a drug test!" the fact is, most drug tests are ****ing joke. You'd have to be a total idiot to fail a drug test. Especially one conducted by the Nevada State Athletic Commission.
WADA/USADA testing is the only way to go. And even that isn't 100%.Comment

Memo was a track athlete (A discuss thrower, IIRC) who worked with BALCO, and eventually started training athletes. Most notably JMM, and the Jamaican track team.
