WBC / VADA announce year round testing for top 15 ranked fighters

No problem with that at all, LONG OVERDUE! Why only top 15 though? ALL should be tested year around!

I doubt they could afford to test all ~20,000 active boxers. ~272 elite level boxers are a great start. Other alphabet groups should jump on this to get all elite level fighters tested & national & state commissions should find a way to do this at a broader level.
