Ironic isn't it...Trying to claim revenge out of respect for a Mexican boxing legend, while at the same time totally disregarding the typical warrior Mexican attitude that legend displayed...

      Yeh complete bullshiz

He pretty much couldn't see after the 2nd but they dragged it out until the doctor called it off

As a uk fight fan it p**sed me off to see a legend of the game played like that

Barrera was an old, blown up feather with 72 fights. Khan might have this coming, but the thirteen mil kind of takes the sting out of it.

The size difference was almost as big as when Canelo beat up Solis.

In fairness Khan was KOD hard in his first step up only 2 fights before nobody knew where his level was

Khan didn't get here without achievements, I agree. I can't see teaching him a lesson by paying him thirteen million. What kind of revenge is that?

I agree man. It was a prime example of home-friendly officiating and I say that being a fan of Khan and also from the UK myself. Was pretty disgusting to see a bout officiated based purely on what someone's record COULD read rather than what it SHOULD read.

Me too..I was disgusted with it and it was a big reason why I dislike Khan so much even now...Barrera never got a fair shake and it should have been a no contest....i have never liked Khan and I have grown to dislike canelo just as much......i still want canelo to win as Khan has simply done nothing to deserve this fight.....I'm curious what's gonna happen with canelo and golovkin still

I remember hoping that Barrera would get a rematch with Khan after those shenanigans. It never came about.
