That's why I can't understand why he has put his skirt on and headed for the hills.

Beat khan first. But GGG stops all your opponents as well and you'd make gggs opponents look like world beaters, you wouldn't stop them.

So there's not a lot more GGG can really do. He wants to fight you, but if you are an indicator or yardstick for anything it is how hard it is for GGG to fight anyone.
Look at all the trouble gggs getting, when all he wants is to fight nelo. He wants to do his talking in the ring, even Stevie wonder can see that. Even ray Charles can see nelo does most his talking outside the ring, preferring negotiating tables without even negotiating, its his way or the highway more like it

        ....

definition of tough: involving considerable difficulty or hardship

La pelea no es dificil, es dura... blame the translation on that... you cant just translate word by word...

Is that because it'll be over in two rounds?

It's tough but not difficult? Might as well have said not insurmountable but near impossible.
No, no, it's not difficult, just tough. See, you have to understand the subtle difference between the nuances of two. Now to the untrained eye, those words are synonymous, but to one who understands the intricacies that are inherent to each word, it's obvious that, that....ok, I got nothin'.

It makes a whole lot more sense in Spanish, lol. Its like many other fighters have said. GGG is basic and fundamental, nothing complex, no 'special effects'. But, hes so masterful of those basics thats is tough to implement your strategy, especially while Gokovkin is "throwing stones"

Nelo is trying to do what khan did with brook. Told brook to fight some decent names and get more wear and tear. Become a bigger name so the fight would eventually mean something and make more money.

But with GGG, he is a big name already and a nelo v GGG fight would sell. Its not worth nelo saying GGG should fight someone decent, that's just an excuse.

I think Reynoso has the right idea as far as how he looks at approaching a GGG gameplan. This weight issue is going to kill the fight though. And Reynoso doesn't get to decide anything.

Canelo saying that Golovkin doesn't deserve it is ridiculous. He's also saying he needs to fight someone who can do all these things to present difficulty for Golovkin, but in my mind- he's describing himself.

I wish he would realize that short of GGG fighting a light heavyweight- Canelo is the guy who can give GGG problems. Canelo is the guy who can set things up in a way to check GGG's chin. If GGG moves up to fight a bigger fight then this fight is definitely dead.

He is the guy. He shouldn't want to sit back and watch somebody else do the things that he could try to do. It's crazy how much respect Canelo gets if he takes the fight and moves it up to 160.

I think there is also a fear of what comes next. I guess Canelo's team doesn't like visualizing him in the ring with Danny Jacobs, Quillin, etc. etc. either.

The things that Canelo is prone to doing- trying to be slick and defensive and landing big counters (even against opposition where he should just be the bull) are exactly the things he needs for GGG. I imagine Canelo has faster hands to get things done against GGG too.

It's a great fight. A fight I'd love to see. It seems like it's dead in the water. Bums me out.
