Vargas isnt Shawn Porter. He has better range and wont let Brook hold him. Brooks best win is Shawn porter and was like years ago. Since he beat JoJo dan. Momentum is behind Vargas but I dont expect shook brook to take that fight anyway.

Porter is much better than Vargas.

Vargas isn't better than Brook at range, so the only way he could beat Brook is by outworking him in the pocket and if Brook can tie up an ox like Porter, he can tie up Vargas. I honestly don't think Vargas will win a round in this one.

My top 10 would look something like that, Spence and Sammy very high based on skill rather than resume, but they will proof their worth for sure. I think Spence is probably the best fighter at 147.
