Comments Thread For: Broner: I Showed More In Maidana Loss Than In My Wins

Adrien Broner likes to say that he's the reason for his losses - defeats against Marcos Maidana in 2013 and Shawn Porter in 2015. But he also takes some pride in the way he went down in defeat his decision loss to Maidana.

people may hate broner but he showed a ton of heart in that fight and he actually boxed very well for some rounds. there is no question as well that he won more rounds then he was awarded

            He showed more limitations, certainly.

Other than that, he got his ass beat for around 30 of the 36 minutes.

I actually agree with him. He showed he was tough and durable in that fight. A 23 year old prospect coming through that kind of fight, vs that kind of fighter isnt bad.

since he isnt liked, it'll get overlooked. If a well liked fighters loses a fight like that, its almost as good as a win. He showed grit and heart we didnt know he had.

He also showed Patrick Star levels of ring intelligence. He fell for the same dumbazz feint every single time.
