Making the Oscar @ catch-weight comparison is irrelevant...it was only 2lbs. Oscar wasn't even rightfully a MW title-holder at 160 IMO...his previous win over Sturm was obviously a robbery to say the least.

You're missing the main part. Midget Oscar wanted to fight Hopkins, so he demanded a reasonable 158 to even out the weight disadvantage a little. 175 fight night Canelo does not want GGG, so first it was the laughable 155, and now GGG has not earned his chance. Huge difference between a guy wanting a fight, and one desperate to avoid it to the point of getting stripped

Yeah you make another point I forgot, Canelo hydrates up to like 170, 175 fight night! It is definitely a different scenario, maybe I'm converted back. Hopkins is also Canelo's promoter too, I dunno anymore it's too hard, Canelo should just man up and fight. He will drop the belt though.

Hopkins you were very smart in the ring but not a genious. You could have beat calzaghe, jermaine Taylor twice, and Chad Dawson twice, but you started too late and didn't do enough you lost fights they didn't win
