You're missing the main part. Midget Oscar wanted to fight Hopkins, so he demanded a reasonable 158 to even out the weight disadvantage a little. 175 fight night Canelo does not want GGG, so first it was the laughable 155, and now GGG has not earned his chance. Huge difference between a guy wanting a fight, and one desperate to avoid it to the point of getting stripped
