You have to be " available " to land a Golovkin fight.

Boxing is all about styles/matchmaking, the insiders know whats up.

That is why they won't even consider Lara.

And that could be why they refuse to negotiate on the weight with red.

We'll see how many macho Mexicanos will buy this mismatch PPV fight of Canelo this coming Saturday. Canelo really looking bad in evading the GGG challenge. We'll see if he still has the full support of Mexican boxing fans.

So it's about earning your shot now?! I think GGG did that against Rubio when he wont the interim title in 2014. Canelo's record isn't that great, wins against washed up versions of Cotto, Angulo, Mosley and Cintron, a blown up welterweight in Lopez, Trout who sucks, a loss to Floyd and the Lara 'win' but the judges were paid off and, Kirkland! Then there is your usual list of journeyman, Hatton, Ndou etc. You want to get technical Canelo we can get technical!
