All the while you can count on your hand how many clinches that happened in his fight with Barrera, and before that one too. There was one head butt

Cry me a river......your first year in the gym you're taught how to clinch and how to get out of it.......you dont have any ammo to criticize the guy so you pull bull***** out your ass
He's not good enough to utilize a fight and move tactic this is exactly why he isn't better than either Pacquiao or Floyd.

They wanted it earlier this year. What changed?

Coming off his solid 10-round victory over Yuniesky Gonzalez on December 19th, light heavyweight Vyacheslav Shabranskyy is looking for bigger and better things

      Make this fight happen!

The money. The link you posted said HBO budget constraints means there's not much money for the fight and it also said GBP and RNS were far apart on the money. Looks like Ward might have to take another paycut to get the fight made. This will be his second fight in a row he's given up money to make the fight happen. Third fight in a row if you consider he gave Paul Smith his money back for missing weight.

dude your brain is beyond repair. Ward is one of the best pure boxers in the game and he utilized fight and move vs Barrera and other opponents.

Have you ever watched any of his fights.....im just saying.

You like GGG thats nice, you might want to start watching other fighters too, because that was a dumb azz statement for more than one reason.

Pacquaio, Floyd and Manny all had their strengths and weaknesses and one of Wards strengths is his speed and movement. Also he has never been outfought on the inside.

He struggled with Barrera he barely landed as cleanly as the compubox stats claim that and he was clipped plentiful in that fight and he had a nice shiner to show off whilst Barrera had absolute 0, zilch, natta, NONE... no facial damage.

Ward is a dirty fighter who bends the rules to fit his pathetic cheating style of boxing, this is just simply the truth there can be no excusing the pathetic sham of a fight he had with Kessler he should have been fined and suspended for such a shameful display.

He puts the sport of boxing into disrepute with such pathetic actions but what more do you expect from a man who would try to sue a man on his death bed Dan Goossen several times and fail all of those times.

Clinching someone and wrestling them to the ropes is not apart of boxing, it is cheating simple as that clinching should only be utilized when you're hurt but what Ward does is he throws one or two punches then grabs hold of someone so they can't strike back this is cheating...
Do you even know the rules of boxing?

We don't know what was offered though. Shabranskyy, like Barrera, has only had one appearance on HBO (HBO Latino channel). Barrera was offered 300K and Ward 2M. Ward gave Barrera an extra 150K from his own purse to give Barrera 450K total. If Shabranskyy is being offered 200-300K, they should at least negotiate to see if they can bring that up to 300-400K. That's probably more than he's made in his entire career. Has he ever made 6 figures for one fight before?

GBP probably wants some ****** number which is the equivalent of ducking the fight.

you know you're a bad MFer when no one will move up to fight you but will fight people you beat and others in your weight class. GGG brigade are relieved he moved up to 175.

There is no deal yet but Roc Nation Sports and HBO are working on one to have Andre Ward fight July 9 or July 16 in Oakland, California.

Would you guys be interested in a Ward-Shabranskyy fight for July?
