Does anyone actually believe the 97k number?

I barely talk about PPV numbers myself. But honestly the joke is being worn out. I'm starting to think certain posters are believing the false number.

In the end, looking at official numbers is what's best to do. Going forward maybe more fans will stop reaching for the smallest number they can find on twitter or instagram or where ever fans find these numbers, since they know it can also be done to their favorite fighter.

This was never reported or verified by a trustable source. I personally bought the PPV 3 times and convinced others to buy it too.

The real number is not 97k. GGG is a super star selling out arena's on his name alone.

Glaser reported the 97k figure but is almost never referenced when discussing buys from other fights. Most posters don't reference Glaser's figures for Canelo-Cotto for instance, which was measurably lower then the reported 900-1m.
