He needs some solid heavyweight opponents for that. No Breazeale or Martin.

Well, he should have a couple of fights with solid opponents like Jennings, Ruiz or Scott in the Uk, fight Parker or Takam winner too and if he comes through that lot then late 2017 the obvious ppvs are Wilder and Ortiz .... assuming Ortiz keeps his momentum going. To be honest though I'd have thought there's way more money in a ppv against the Fury / Klitschko winner.
When you look at it like that it's amazing. He is 2 big wins away from being the biggest star in boxing - beat Fury and Wilder. Ditto for Wilder and Fury if they can beat the other two.

Everybody wants to charge Americans $60-70 to watch a fight.

I hope this sport dies so the rebuilding can start.

Honestly it wouldn't matter if he went to Vegas and KO'd some low profile guy. He'd get plenty of buzz for it. GGG is proof enough that people wanna see KOs above all.

And GGG is still not a PPV star.

Joshua already has the TV support, and is already earning such sizable purses, that I don't think that Haymon really has anything to offer him that he's not already getting from Matchroom/Sky Sports.

You add that he's about to mainline his own US TV deal, and the only main thing that Haymon can bring to the mix are opponents.

Same reason why Kell Brook is unlikely to join up with Haymon (Sky Sports is backing him for TV, he does good business in his home market, and though he's not a PPV star yet, he's making sizable money without Haymon; Haymon has access to top opponents, but Matchroom and Haymon having a good working relationship negates that issue)
