I hope Lucas returns to the ring. The man still in my opinion is one of the in the junior welterweights in the division and is capable of being in big time fights.

Look he simply underestimated Postol it happens in this sport. It wouldn't suprise me if he beats one or two high quality fighters that he gets another crack at the title.

I just hope he finds another trainer to help further his skills becaus his corner from all accounts didn't organize a good camp for him and in general are severely limited as trainers.

Hopefully we fans see the return of the Machine in the ring.

I don't understand this guys fanbase. I guess he's the lovable loser. Good B-level fighter but his fanbase insists he's A-level and makes excuses for his losses every time he faces top tier competition

You are getting more and more socially regressed with each passing week. If you have children, please put them up for adoption before they become ignorant.

I know, Herrera and Salka burst the bubble.

If Lucas isn't 100% sure that he wants to be involved in the sport of boxing, then he should walk. I'd hate to see him sticking around when he doesn't want to.

i hope he finds motivation. i don't think he's done yet, he can still give more but without motivation getting in the ring is very dangerous

If he does come back, I'd love to see him take a couple of fights and work his way back to a rematch with Postol or Garcia, if he can get one.

If he's having eye issues, he should retire. He doesn't owe anything to anyone. The Provo fight proved the guy is indeed La Maquina.

Postol really just frustrated him and Matthysse folded. Nothing wrong with getting out of the sport if your heart's not in it. If you're just gonna try to get payed and keep doing the Ortiz, don't expect simpathy moving forward.
