Sad man. The referee gave him a chance.
Ortiz was winning, got caught and quit after the first sign of adversity. He was able to get back up, but he just didn't want to fight anymore.

Went as expected. The Collozo fight showed Ortiz chin and will was cracked and with Berto confident that he was not at his best for the first fight, that sealed it.
