So what are you saying? That as long as people aren't mandos and don't speak English then they don't deserve credit for paying their dues and doing whatever it takes to get the fights they want?Comment

Canelo (with or without his 'greatness') has to fight next the WBC mandatory at 160.
No fight, no greatness.

I don't know how many times I've answered this ****** question.
Canelo's resume is smoke and mirrors, carefully chosen opponents with stacked judges. When he's not dragging up WW. Now to 155, he's fighting guys who have long periods of inactivity.
Even Khan has almost a year off! Dude hasn't been fighting either.
his wins over Trout, Lara, and Cotto are meaningless in this debate, because not one of those fighters stand a chance against GGG. Cotto stutters when GGG name comes up.
Trout, inactive.
Lara, he's accomplished crap. Canelo got to him, Angulo did too. GGG would pulverize him. Very reason Lara isn't calling k2 and is asking for money mney than the market allows for him.
However, Murray, Monroe, Rubio, Rosado, Lemieux. Not of of them would surprise me all that much if they beat Canelo.
So while Canelo has names, it's bogus considering the dude fought Trout after a long period of inactivity--and many think he lost.
He fount Angulo same thing, except the win was clear.
Lara arguably beat Canelo, at least Drawed him.
The reason Canelo is going to duck GGG is clear, because without draining him, he has no chance in hell of beating him.
SIX MW titles are on the line, and no way they should be fought at with no lame as CW.
Canelo is the heavier fighter anyway, he's not giving up no advantages other than strength. We don't have strength divisions.Comment

You may clip my posts down to dots and dashes... I don't mind as long as makes the original sense.

What I'm asking you is why other fighters have made concessions to get the fights they wanted, but it's too much to ask if Golovkin to do the same?
Why is cutting to 155 a problem for GGG against Canelo....but cutting to 154 is not a problem for GGG against Floyd?Comment

I clipped only the part of your post that I was responding to.

2) You know very well the situation which is simple: FMJr was (still is somehow) champion at 154; while Alvarez is champion at 160. So, keep it simple as it actually is. Sophisms aren't needed here (especially when the "sophists" are, in fact, low cultured dudes.)Comment

You claim it's simple but all I see is contradictory statements, backtracking, and double standards from GGG's camp. It's actually quite confusing and complicated to find words that they are consistently willing to stick to.Comment

So Golovkin does not want a big PPV fight against the the most popular active PPV fighter out there? That seems odd as Team Golovkin has said he'd fight anyone from 154 to 168 as long as it was a big fight.
And Andre Ward was champion at 168 when Team Golovkin said "164 or no fight."

It's beside the point anyway. We don't know what they're willing to accept since GBP won't even start negotiatingComment

Have you forgotten about this statement? You directly attribute the words of Dan Ambrose to Tom Loeffler. You go as far as insert Canelo name into this false "quote". But somehow, I am the one putting a spin on something??
Tom Loeffler said 50-50. You twist that into Golovkin wants an advantage in the ring. Now you've falsely 'quoted' Loeffler and have talked in so much of a circle you're trying to say Im the one misquoting him.
(Hint: in a real quote, the person making the quote rarely uses 3rd person in describing themself)
Are you kafkod, you dishonest whiney alt ?
Kid, who fkn cares if Loeffler was quoted directly, or indirectly..... the ONLY point is, he said it, period.....
Way to whine about nothing.
Look, this is a direct quote from ESPN.....
We'd Fight Ward at 164, 50-50 Split.....
Promoter Tom Loeffler of K2 Promotions, who handle IBO/WBA middleweight champion Gennady "GGG" Golovkin (33-0, 30 KOs), says a fight can certainly be worked out
Looks to me like you're just another fanboi spin-doctor.
If you change the NAMES only, it boils down to this.....
Loeffler feels that Canelo is the A-side in any negotiations with Golovkin, which means they would expect to get a good deal from the negotiations. However, it’s a doable fight as long as Golovkin is A. willing to accept a 50-50 deal. B Agreeable to a catch-weight. C. is ready to fight.
Sorry if it causes you so much pain when I point out that Loeffler and Golovkin are hypocritical clowns who ducked Andre Ward.Comment
