        Yeah, Canelo ain't there yet.
Yeah no way he has accomplished more then Oscar but Oscar is just saying this to hype the kid up before his next fight. The overall point is that at age 25 Canelo has accomplished a lot far more then any young fighters today in his age group. And really greater then most active fighters today period. And I guess technically at age 25 Canelo has sold more PPV's then Oscar did at this same age and Oscar was not yet the number 1 cash cow in the sport at age 25.

But still Oscar is a first ballot hall of famer for a reason and at 25 his resume was so damn good. Gold medal, he the beat the best champs at 135 and cleaned out the entire division, beat Chavez seen as the best champ at 140 and Gonzales the second best after Tzsu got upset, and beat whitaker the best champ at 147. He even beat Hernandez who was the MAN at 130 even though the fight was at 135 but you can make the argument that by 25 Oscar had beaten the true champ (NOT JUST A PAPER belt) from 4 divisions! Canelo is not there yet.

IF they avoid GGG, I hope they are greedy enough to take that fight Pac will really bust him up which would be the ultimate disaster. His selected opponents just keep getting smaller...........GGG will absolutely WRECK him.....there isn't a single thing Canelo does better than GGG except gain weight overnight..........LMAO
if you think GGG will wreck him YDKSAB... GGG can look like a monster all day against tomato cans. Its time to fight someone with a pulse and see how he fares. Canelo GGG will be alot closer than people think

              Hmmm

Canelo is more advanced than Oscar. Meaning at this age he can put the stockings on and high heels too.

GGG WILL wreck him.....and I do know Shyte about boxing. Canelo will likely be the one backing up, he thinks he's a pure boxer with a bit of pop. The problem? He's not......and he's had his fair share of tomato cans and quite a few shop-worn fighters as well.

Canelo will be hit harder than he ever has been. He does hit hard himself but I'm not convinced he hits any harder than, say, Curtis Stevens. I really don't think he can hurt GGG. He uses defense in a similar manner as Duran. Very subtle, very affective, very under-rated.

GGG can box......but he'll test Canelo's power that couldn't KO a few old men and tomato cans at 147 and 154 with SIGNIFICANT weight advantages........but now, when it's time to step into his prime weight class and for some reason, he's "not a true MW"??

His average weight on fight night last five fights is higher than GGG's despite weighing in at the lower weight. GGG will hurt him, he'll cut the ring, his defense is better, subtle, but much better, footwork is better, jab is better, better power in both hands, extensive amateur career.

GGG has ALL the advantages.........He will wreck Canelo.......sorry. It's just the truth. Tomato cans? What legit MW has been interested??

NONE.......including Canelo. So he's taken the best available opposition and disposed of them......that's all he can do until the protected fighters nut up.

It's ok to love Canelo and think he's better.........but if you think I'm wrong because I disagree, then YDKSAB.

Boxers that come at him and throw many punches bring out the best in canelo. Canelo never looks good with boxers that use movement. With GGG Canelo wont have to go looking for him so thats plays into one of canelos strength which is combo punching. It will be interesting to see these two exchanging. To say GGG will wreck him is an ignorant statement. Canelo is one of the best counter punchers GGG will ever face.So that being said will GGG be able to dish out the combos we are used to seeing? A good counter puncher always nullifies someone with a high punch out rate. Also nullifies power punching too. WE will have to wait and see what happens..
