But I don't really care about sore losers like some here people do. These guys are ultra competitive and its a solo-sport where these guys put their all into training. Like the old saying goes:

"Show me a good loser and I'll show you a loser"

Wade made no excuses and gave GGG full credit for being a great champion with tremendous punching power. Kid chocolate made no excuses and gave full credit and respect to Jacobs. Trout said Lara was a hell of a fighter and too good for him on that night. Trout made no excuses and gave Lara much respect. Jennings made no excuses and gave much praise to Ortiz after his KO defeat. Their are many gracious losers in boxing and these are just a few that came to mind.

Bradley was gracious in both Pacquiao losses IMO.

Historically, Alexis Arguello and Joe Louis seemed very gracious in defeat.

I know there aren't many, though. Pride gets in the way most of the time. I think it's usually that way for most sports.

People rag on Manny for the Mayweather excuse but I thought he was exceptionally gracious before then, and it's why I'm not so quick to dismiss his claim of injury. Keeping your mouth shut after the Bradley robbery is something I'd never be able to do myself.

In a funny twist, I think one of the classiest things I ever saw was Bradley after the recent Pac fight. Gracious, articulate, and charming on defeat.

What about blaming the Morales loss on blood testing and wearing the wrong socks? Oh and the absence of his Clitoris (Cleto Reyes) gloves of course. I forget if all of those excuses were for the Morales fight or not.

Anyway, I would say Pacquaio is one of the last examples I'd use for someone who's gracious in defeat.
