Listen up...
I don't think it's him who is living under a rock. It's you. GGG just said he'd fight Floyd at 154lbs. He ducked Ward at 168lbs. That's a fact. Another fact is that he said recently that he would fight Floyd at 154lbs. Why are you trying to argue facts? You should stop. It makes you sound like a fanboy. Why don't GGG fight Jacobs in the Fall and then Canelo early next year. It would be a true unification fight then.
This is my opinion on the GGG/Canelo situation. If Canelo chooses not to fight GGG in the Fall, he will be stripped. Right? GGG then gets the WBC belt. GGG then fights and KO's Jacobs for all the belts and then fights Canelo in early 2017. He then can demand that Canelo fight him at 160lbs. If GGG wants the biggest fight possible, he has to concede to Canelo's 155 pound demand if he wants the Fall fight. Canelo doesn't care about the WBC belt. GGG does.Comment

Did you happen to see the date in your link? It was 2012. GGG din't have any fights. He was happy to fight Ward even year later. But Ward refused. Then situation changed. GGG gained some following, grabbed belts. He is not desperate anymore to accept anybody from other divisions, when he has options in his own division. But his haters continue to shout "But,but, but 154-168". Omission is a form of lie!Comment

Please dude, you sound like Baby T not Daddy T. The reality is whenever someone brings up when GGG was wrong, his fans throw a hissy fit and deflect to something else. That or they act like posters they believe are black, Mexican and Puerto rican are the only ones criticizing him.
You guys only want to talk about GGG being avoided but never talk about when he avoids. You want to talk about the problems with high paydays for bums, but leave GGG out. You want to talk about how Canelo isn't being fair to him as if he is the only fighter this has ever happened to.
Take that crybaby sh-t someplace else. I am a Hagler fan. You really want to discuss unfair situations for a boxer? GGG aint been through anything yet.
No one credible blames GGG for not getting the big MW fights he wants when that is the discussion topic. When the topic shifts to choices he's made, well yeah, he is going to get some criticism.
Yeah Hagler was great and of course you're a hagler fan and of course your not a GGG fan despite the fact that they are following very similar career paths. The reasons are obvious to everyone.Comment

It actually is proven to be a BS as actions speak louder than words: Canelo paid $300k of sanctioning fees for WBC belt when Cotto didn't. If he did want to fight Cotto at 154 then he would not have been eligible for 160 title, and moreover wouldn't have paid $300k fees.
Let's be Sherlocks going forward. If the only reason Canelo fights Khan at 155 due to Khan's demand, then it is not necessary for Canelo to pay another $300k again, agree? So if Canelo plays the same story, then just monitor if he pays his part of sanctioning fees. If he pays, then it's the same BS story with Khan as with Cotto.Comment

You are referring to discussion between Dan Rafael and Loeffler, which happened in 2015. I was talking about 2013 HBO meeting. In 2013 GGG was ready to fight at 168. In 2015 he already had IBF title fight lined up. Different times - different circumstances.Comment
