That's how works boxing by now, for sure Canelo learned form that fight asking GGG to come down to 155 for a lineal MW championship lol
He fought Lara at 155..is that not a catchweight??

this type of logic should only apply to beating fighters in their peak. how the hell you gonna beat a guy before he peaks then say everything he does makes me greater?

imagine some established dude start picking up undefeated hungry young lions at the PRO BOXER TEST. he stay in shape all year long so he can bust multiple dudes up daily. go like 1000-1 for the year. in 15 years, he is the goat. im sure most of those guys would be **** but think of the infinite possibilities if this went like a pyramid scheme. i beat 1000 new boxers, those guys get good then they beat 1000 new boxers. It would be like i beat 1000000000000000x infinity dudes.

People who were saying Canelo was too green for Floyd after he lost were the same people saying he was too young and strong before the fight...the same people who said he looked great against Angulo 6 months later...the same people who said that Canelo has trouble against movers when he fought Lara 3 months later...the same people who said he looked like a monster against Kirkland....see what I'm getting at?

That's Caneloweight Larry... that catchweight is advantaging Nelo unlike 152 which is disadvantaging Nelo.

Too bad he had to drain his ass to 152 to fight Floyd.

I thought Manny's win over Cotto at 145 wasn't legit.

I guess Floyd Joy Sinclair got a pass for everything.

Let's have a look at his 5 best wins just in the way his fans judge Pac's best wins :

                1. Pacquiao : over the hill, koed by Marquez, not looking impressive anymore
                2. Alvarez: 152 CW 23 years old
                3. Cotto : Old and beaten to pulp twice
                4. Mosley : Shoter than shyt
                5. ODLH: Over the hill

Floyd's best wins are Castillo and Chico C.

I just have a question for Floyd fans, who is the best "in his prime" fighter that Floyd has beaten?

                  2. Alvarez: 152 CW 23 years old Wasn't what everyone was saying before the fight was it? Most people said Floyd wouldn't even fight him at a catchweight.
                  3. Cotto : Old and beaten to pulp twice 145lb and traumatized or full 154lb and coming off his revenge against Plasterito. Which version is better? Who cares?
                  4. Mosley : Shoter than shyt But a one year older Mosley is great win for Pac right?
                  5. ODLH: Over the hill But a 20lb lighter version a year later is an amazing win right?

Floyd's best wins are Castillo and Chico C.

Forget what trolls or Floyd haters said.
Experts said it might be too soon for nelo. Everyone warned Floyd he better fight at 154 or he will be criticised but Floyd didn't care as usual, keeping zero at all costs is what mattered. Plus most people didn't have nelo top ten PFP anyway

Can this thread just dissapear now. We've established nelo winning doesn't make fklod better. But what makes Floyd look worse historically is Jim flattening pac that much is true

Personally, I don't see the correlation. I know what kellerman is saying, but I don't agree.
