GGG's friend: I begged GGG to fight Ward. He blamed his promoters.

lololol....... Really? Come to 168 so my guy who can't even make 168 can fight you in his backyard or two 175 pounders fighting each other in Ward's back yard. Those two sound pretty different to me.

But it's "lil g" who is picking on smaller boxers, smh.

Lil' Gina had no problem with the weight to fight others, he had a problem with how skilled Ward is not the weight.

this is a strange post. it shows how biased/oblivious you are. what do you call ward trying to fight ggg for 50-50 when he's clearly the b-side? a business move. if ward was a fighter he would have tried to fight ggg right away. no tune ups or laughable split but since you are so biased you frame everything from a pro ward viewpoint. i just look at what actually happened. ggg was being reasonable. ward was not.

your point about kovalev accepting the same offer makes no sense at all and shows how you ignore how boxing works to try and make a point. its like saying ortiz accepted 4 million to fight floyd so why didn't manny? manny must be ducking! its the same offer! yea hmmmm are ortiz and manny on the same level? no. are kovavev and ggg? no.

i'm sorry ggg is so popular now and that makes you mad but when ggg was less popular and tried to fight ward, ward said no so he can't win with you.

Understandable Ward is 8 pounds up, GGG is a 60 poundre who wants to clear 160 first. Hagler never moved up.

Why isnt Ward getting any heat for calling up a smaller guy in GGG? I mean the same guys who like saying ggg is ducking ward are mad if GGG calls out Floyd to a catchweight fight, saying why you picking on a smaller guy/ its all PRO BLACK bs just like Dontae in the video with his insecure, biased pro black agenda.

I dont like GGG at all, but gotta give the man props for trying to clean out the division first.

What incentive is there to take on a risk like this? It's common sense. I don't see how this needs to be debated 500 times day after day. Time to move on people.
Because it's ducking when Froch, Chavez jr, and now Ramirez (who is not a draw) are considered as opponents but Ward isn't. Golovkin could have fought Ward if he wanted to. It's not all on the promoters.

Any other fighter that does something like this would get the same backlash or worse.

LMAO, Hunter takes a photo with some guy who looks like he's from Kazakhstan, and suddenly he's got the inside scoop and Dontae sucks him off.

Reminds of Ward telling those reporters how he was going to show them all the email they sent K2, then he promptly changes the subject. We still need to see Ward actually get in the ring with Kovalev so we can forget how he turned down Bute & Stevenson.

I think it's both. If Ward were a 160 fighter, GGG would probably have made the fight.

Kovalev is about fighting anybody, anywhere, anytime. Since you're trying to downplay Kovalev and Ward like they aren't draws. I'll bet you ALL my points that Ward and Kovalev doubles the PPV numbers of GGG-Lemieux.

Because GGG said he was willing to go to 168! That's the part his fans seem to forget or ignore.
