I enjoy both, been a fan of both for a LONG TIME! I'm not going to pick a side because it is no need. Most fans of Combat Sports watch and enjoy BOTH

That being said, MMA have and is able to grab the attention of the most important Demographic which is 18-35 age range so UFC is benefiting from that. Also in America it is a lot more MMA Gyms now and a lot of younger kids are taking up MMA and NOT BOXING! That might not seem like anything NOW but n the Future it will have a huge impact because it will be far more MMA Fans that Boxing Fans

No one is forcing them to do anything. If they don't like the pay, go elsewhere and fight under someone else's banner.

I'm not much of a fan of the sport, but at least it's real unlike the WWE so many grown boxing fans seem obsessed with.

F*ggot UFC fans are more obsessed with women hitting each other than real fighting. Any yet you making fun of boxing fans?

WWE is **** of course. It isn't the 90s anymore. The Simpsons and the WWE aren't what they once were.

I prefer boxing, but I've watched MMA on-and-off for about 8 years. UFC was supremely intelligent by creating The Ultimate Fighter which made MMA more accessible. Wrestling can sometimes make fights boring, but not all fights turn out to be grapple-fests.

One commonality between the UFC and Boxing cards last night was the usage of the "P4P" label towards the smallest fighters (Roman Gonzalez and Demetrius Johnson). At the end of the day, P4P is a subjective ranking system that's used as a marketing tool. Fans inflate the importance of P4P when they constantly complain about Gonzalez not deserving the #1 spot. I'm not sure if Johnson gets as much ****, but I doubt it.

Isn't this a contradiction in terms?

As I said, I'm not a fan of UFC but I can see the attraction of watching women roll around on deck wearing precious little. It's like mud-wrestling without the mud.

Grown men watching muscle bound steroid freaks poorly acting out some childish script, not so much (and there are a lot of them).

I don't follow UFC particularly closely, but they generally put up more competitive matchups. So there's that.

I actually like the women's division because they are skillful and put a good show on. Misha Tate is ridiculously cute, but I mean that's not what I'm looking at when they're in the octagon.

If boxing was like UFC, it would be so much better..

Right now we would be getting

                      etc
