Is this controversial? Kell Brook is too small. And he ain't even a big name. Floyd was too small too, but at least he was the man at 154 - the weight GGG offered to face him at, and probably more importantly (from Golovkin's point of view) would have brought a massive payday and name recognition. Kell would just bring ridicule.
So... are folk gonna start saying GGGs ducking Brook now?
