Cotto will fight Corley as a southpaw

Maybe Cotto figures that when he fights the Elite he can keep them off balance by switching styles or he thinks someone like Floyd will have problems with southpaws. So, you're saying he shouldn't try and be a better fighter by working both sides? I think it's a brilliant idea because it throws other fighters off not knowing how he is going to fight them.

I think he can pull it off and why can't he. He's got power in both fists and that left will come through unnoticed. He's very technically sound, great balance and looks very disciplined. Shouldn't be a problem for him.

He is a natural southpaw that was turned around to orthodox during his amateur career. He's just going back to what he does naturally.

This is a good idea IN THEORY....switching to your left to neutralize your opponent's southpaw stance.
But, he'll do so at the expense of being at his best.

Cotto's left HOOK, to the body & head, is his bread & butter.

Cotto doesn't need to neutralize Corley, he needs to knock the crap out of him.
