Either way I think it's a mistake. Why change what you have been so good at
So, you're saying he shouldn't try and be a better fighter by working both sides? I think it's a brilliant idea because it throws other fighters off not knowing how he is going to fight them.

I think he can pull it off and why can't he. He's got power in both fists and that left will come through unnoticed. He's very technically sound, great balance and looks very disciplined. Shouldn't be a problem for him.

You guys just act like switching stances is a piece of cake. He wont be as good as a southpaw. This is so ******. He said he wants to fight Chop so he can get some experience with a southpaw but then he is also going to fight sowthpaw. That is so ******. That netuarlizes the whole point. If he wants to fight southpaw then he should do it against a right hand fighter

I wouldn't be suprised if during the course of the fight he says, "**** this lefty ****." and switch back orthodox...only to get dropped by a big left from Chop Chop..

Disregard the last thing I said..

He is a natural southpaw that was turned around to orthodox during his amateur career. He's just going back to what he does naturally.

This is a good idea IN THEORY....switching to your left to neutralize your opponent's southpaw stance.
But, he'll do so at the expense of being at his best.

Cotto's left HOOK, to the body & head, is his bread & butter.

Cotto doesn't need to neutralize Corley, he needs to knock the crap out of him.

That would be pretty funny if Corley could switch up too..
