Of course I have Jacobs. Let's do a friendly bet of:

Eh, largely he does keep cats active. You can cherry pick examples with any entity in boxing. And I mean a lot of that is on the fighter too I imagine. Idk whats up with Jacobs off the top of my head, but Thurman allegedly/is rumored to have an overbearing GF who's effing up his trajectory lately. Good ***** will f#ck up a career quicker than any promoter.

There are momentum issues, but I think thats more about PBC's throw pasta on the wall method of putting out its product & these weird places some of these fights end up in. Its gotten better I feel, but you only got so much time to make a first impression & I think PBC's got wasted with bad decisions.
Ok. First, the NY helps Frampton because a flight from UK/Ireland to New York is 5.5 hours closer than to LA or Vegas and because there is a huge Irish population in NY and not as big of a Mexican population like out west. That was simple.

As for inactive fighters I can also mention Peter Quillin who hasn't fought since that same date as Jacobs and Devon Alexander who only fought once last year.

Sure there are guys like Wilder, Broner and LSC who have stayed busy but guys like Danny Garcia, Robert Guerrero, Lamont Peterson, Adonis Stevenson etc have all fought twice a calendar year which was the norm for hbo/showtime level fighters and PBC was supposed to get these guys in the ring 3-4 times a year and except for my 3 examples it really hasn't happened.

Far enough. Flight don't seem like much of a + just not a -.

Quillin fought 4 months ago. And he had a fight 3 months before that. 2 fights in 7 months is highly active for Quillin. He's a space cadet anyway he's been having long layoffs of 6+mos several times. Believe he has a couple of year+ layoffs too. He's probably a guy who'd been better off in another career besides the getting hit in the head business.

And Devon been getting his ass beat by everyone lately so his value has gone down considerably so he's probably having issues with pay (he's a name, but he's B side vs most notables these days) + motivation (he lost to Aron Martinez ffs) I imagine.

Again I'm sure the most likely culprit is the fighter. I see guys who are fighting who seem to have a lot of passion for the sport & I see guys who maybe don't have as much passion for the sport or just getting hit in the head too much. Can't force guys to fight.

I'd throw Julian Williams on your list & there are actually a ton of young guys on the comeup who've been real active. Mario Barrios (one of my favorite prospect) had 8 fights over the last 13 months all under PBC I believe.

first, the Leo fight isn't just a plus for Frampton because its only a 6 hour flight to the UK but the fact there are so many Irish in the NY area.

Quillin is a weirdo..no argument with you on that point lol but he doesnt have anything lined up through may already.

Guys like Barrios fight 6 times a year with any promoter so that isn't anything out of the norm. Julian Williams has about the same amount of fights as Verdejo and Verdejo will have 3 in by June 11 while Williams will have one. both guys should be fighting every 3 months or more. Verdejo would have had 5-6 fights last year except that he hurt his hand.

Whatever the reason is, the only pbc guys staying really active are wilder, broner and leo. good for them but this was supposed to be the norm. porter wanted 4 fights last year but was only allowed 2
