In the first half of 2015, Ward`s promoter Roc Nation Sports was busy devising strategies to save their middleweight titleholder Cotto from his mandatory opponent in Golovkin.
If there were any choice, than GGG team had every right to reject Ward and to demand Cotto instead. Whats worse is that Roc Nation Sports never actually tried to propose nor Ward, nor Cotto fight to GGG team. Moreover at the same time Ward turned down possible rematch with Froch trying to stretch his A-muscle, which he hasn't.

      Funny, you didn't dispute shiiiit.

Canelo has a few names, but when a fight happens matters. It matters Floyd waited manny out. It matters that Canelo beat Cotto after he was basically shop warn.

People dog on GGG, but while being ducked by Sergio, Sturm, Cotto, Canelo, Quillin, and Jacobs, he was able to get 7 top ten MW in three years.

Canelo's resume is smoke and mirrors.

If he's so good and tested, why does he need to create a new weight class after missing weight at 154? Why doesn't he do what everyone else does when they can no longer make weight? Move up!

It's because Canelo wants to feast off of smaller fighter who are not a threat to him, like Khan. Another guy on paper who may look like a good name, but in reality is a mismatch.

It's as if you are suggesting there is this huge conspiracy not to tell the truth about this.
These boxing articles are not even journalism. No one s going to look that closely into what is likely two sides building up a future fight.

But both sides have commented, it's not hard to see what's real.

Both agreed the email was sent, both agreed it was to fight 50/50 for fall of 2016.

Both said k2 told Ward maybe early 2017. Both sides agreed on whether k2 turned down signing the fight that far in advance.

The only place they seem to differ on is when the email was sent.

Ward said they didn't know about Lemieux. But that's absurd. GGG v. Lemiuex, Cotto v. Canelo (with the mandatory situation already long intact) were being discussed for months. Ward kept saying I'll show you the emails, but then would instantly say, nah, I don't want to do that.

Rock Nation knew damn well GGG was aiming for the Cotto/Canelo winner. They knew damn well GGG wanted that WBC title, and had been in line for the IBF.

Since 2012 in interviews GGG has talked about unification.

In the time Ward wanted GGG to wait until he was ready (which as it turned out would have been pushed back), GGG will have gained the IBF title, likely at least gained WBC vacated because Canelo is scared, and may line up Suanders fight for full unification. Best case he'll get Canelo for September and Suanders December.

So a low money Ward fight or the status and power that comes with being a unified champ. Everyone then has to see GGG at MW.

It's easy to see why k2 told Ward he'd have to wait.

Why wouldn't GGG just PAY Saunders the EXTRA $2.5 million to make that fight instead of 100-1 underdog Wade??? GGG fans act like it's THEIR $$$$$ being SPENT!

Why would GGG fans RATHER see Wade then Saunders??? They would of made PLENTY of MONEY still. But God DAMN Cheap @ss Loeffler ALWATS trying to make a $100 bill out of a Nickel.

I boils down to the same reason they choose Monroe over Lara. To POCKET $900,000.

And for this fight they're SAVING $3.9 million instead of him fighting Saunders a Champion at least.

Wade ISN'T even the #2 Ranked IBF MW. He's #3 with NOONE even good enough to make #2 lol...I can NAME 13 CURRENT better MW's then him.

I'm just saying that credible journalists that Silver Miles wants to report on this can't just write what GGG's side says.

Ward is a diva. He knows he'll be called on to fight GGG some day, and wanted to lock in 50/50 a year and 8 months in advance.

K2 laughed and said, "not gonna happen." Son of God started to act like he was being crucified.

That is TEAM GGG 1000% Did it to Saunders found out they LIED about the money.

Doing it to Canelo now. To the MEDIA they ACT like they want to make REAL fights! But they REALLY DON'T!!!

All they care about is keeping PROFITS high and COSTS low. Why pay Saunders $4,000,000 when you can pay Dominc Wade $50,000-$100,000.

They KEEP taking STEP A SIDE MONEY at EVERY chance they get instead of putting their foot down. And THEN blame the other guy??? It TAKES TWO!!! One to ASK and one to AGREE!

Why PAY CURRENT P4P #18 Lara $1,000,000 when you can pay P4P #279 Monroe $100,000.
You bias shows. You say k2 lied about Suander based on one statement Suanders made that he says he was offered 1.5 million.

But two things are wrong here:

            1. Suanders has actually given a few numbers.

            2. K2 never put a number out there, they said it was life changing.

This most of yours, as always, has so many distortions it's laughable.

Lara wants $3 million at least. And he shouldn't make more than GGG, so that fight couldn't be profitable yet.

You can't pay Suanders 4 million if that fight doesn't generate that kind of money. They are not running a charity of Travlers.

We don't know what they really offered Suanders, but 1.5 million is well over what he's worth.

And Wade is the mandatory because the number 1# challenger for IBF, Johnson, got hurt.

IBF is strict when it comes to mandatory fights.

And no, there are not 13 better MW. And especially not 13 GGG hasn't already beat or that refuse to step up.

I don't believe that Ward wanted the fight bad enough. It's another Bute situation with him where he thinks he's worth more than he really is.

Ward was the B-side demanding a 50/50 split. You can make all the excuses you want about how they're on the same level and the competition, but when Golovkin is doubling your attendance numbers and putting up better ratings, and fighting more often on a network while you're getting your ass kicked by Dan Goossen for 2 years. Then you're not the A-side and you don't deserve 50/50.

Loeffler even confirmed that they sent him a proposal for a fight after the Lemieux fight had been signed and they asked for a 50/50 split.

I'm sure after the reports came out that Wade-GGG has already sold 16,000 tickets, his last fight with Lemieux was 20,000, that dose of reality must of hit Ward pretty hard. His last fight in his hometown did only 8532. Which all but confirmed his B-Side status.

GGGs past response to Ward applies here too:

"At our meeting with HBO they asked both of us whether or not we are ready to fight. You remember our answers........I said 'yes' and you said 'no.' Something about your shoulder or promoter. I am not interested in your reasons, I only heard your 'no.' But you remember HBO made it clear back then that this fight needs a lot of time to build up. Then why are you talking **** about excuses?"

"So go and build your brand on your own. Although everyone already knows what you are, and that's why they don't go to watch your fights. You shouldn't worry about who I fought or who I'm going to fight. Worry about yourself. You and the rest were lucky with the Super Six tournament where you got opponents by contract. And look who are you fighting now? - boxers ranked fourth or fifth in England. Although you do know very well that for all of the people in the United States there is still an open question - who is the best between you or [Andre] Dirrell. If you aren't able to call in the morning, then don't attempt to crow."

"When I say that I am ready to fight any middleweight and that I am ready to move up to 168 for a big fight, then I'll put my money where my mouth is. And I have nothing left to discuss with you. As a true man you are dead to me."

Bigger B siders usually make both a purse and weight concession. This guy didn't want to make either, and wanted a ridiculous 1 year commitment from Cotto/Canelos mando, straight off BET

BUT I do find it extremely ironic that supposedly he doesn't like Golovkin because of the catchweight demand, but apparently he's a fan of Canelo, who invented his own catchweight division.
... Ward had the contract for that fight on the table, back in 2014... What ward did say ? He said GGG should be more than happy to get $500k from that... Therefore, in 2015, when Ward came on his knees for a contract, GGG told him to fuck off...
