Rios was softer than normal, even for him. I don't think he was in the fight mentally, either.

Rios was extremely dehydrated because he wasn't in any shape to fight. Once Bradley saw that, he started raining body blows and Rios couldn't breathe.

Obviously says more about Rios then it does about Bradley. Rios was in terrible shape and basically retired after the fight. Shot fighters get knocked out all the time. A prime Rios doesn't quit/get knocked out. He probably still doesn't beat Bradley but it still doesn't end the way it did. Bradley didn't get some new pop he just fought a shot fighter.

I was there live man, Bradley just beat the $h1t outta Rios plain and simple, he was just to fast and overwhelmed him. Soft body/didnt train are just excuses. Rios had no answer to Tims onslaught. Tim went at him knowing that he could hit him at will and not get hit clean back. I think Tim couldve won that fight without sparring during training camp, it was like bag work against Rios.

Exactly, Rios went into that fight lazy, mentally not there and out of shape. It was documented he struggled in training camp for that fight and had one leg out the boxing door. His training camp was pretty much about making weight and not becoming a fighting animal like his usually was.

True, but combine that with the fact that Rios was just not there mentally how a fighter should be and you get the outcome that was.

Anyways even if Rios was in great shape and ready for the fight I think Bradley would have still won because he is faster and has better boxing skills but since Rios was in the state he was in mentally for that fight he got stopped.

Rios lost just as much as Bradley won...Bradley was on his way towards winning anyway, don't get me wrong, but Rios was fighting his own situation just as much as he was fighting Tim.

Rios came into camp completely out of shape and looked like he was being carried away by Robert at the weigh in. He was soft as hell and there for the taking.

And that is no excuse; Bradley worked harder and it paid off, he kicked Brandons ass. Pretty much the same thing as Rios-Alvarado III only it was Brandon who was completely unprepared this time.

Rios has been struggling with weight for eons, dropping that kind of weight at the speeds he has to takes a toll on you. He refuses to do it naturally through year round nutrition and instead has to start camp even earlier than normal. Unlike Maidana who it never really caught up with Rios was done by the time he hit the scales.
