yep he would go to 168 to fight froch, chavez jr, and ward 3 years ago and he was willign to be the b-side. now that he's the a-side against ward you want him to pretend he's not? how does that make any sense? you never call out ward for being unreasonable why not? you never say ward was being too much of a businessman(a bad one) you are just full of hypocrisy. just look at the way you frame everything. from a point of defending ward.

ggg wasn't unreasonable when he was the b-side. ward has wanted to be the a-side in every fight no mater reality so who is more reasonable? the guy that negotiaties fights based on economics or the guy who simply thinks he's the a-side no matter what? ggg doesn't have to stall his career for 15 months and take a bad deal just to satisfy ward. its a shame ward was so reluctant to fight but it is what it is.

Not sure if I can agree, but Deezols shared the ring with some of the best in the sport so his opinion has to carry some weight and he's never really come across as a shill. Regardless, it's clear from these and previous comments that he rates GGG very highly. I do too, but I'm starting to doubt we'll ever see that really put to the test which is kinda disappointing.

That was in sparring NOT amateurs. Also GGG was a WORLD Champion by then while Kov. Was JUST starting. HUGE difference in experience between them. Go watch his older fight and then watch his fight lately. That's NOT the same guy from 2010!

Let's see what Kovalev says, recently he said he doesn't know if he can beat Ward.

But Kov did say he thinks GGG beats Ward.

Oh, because like Cotto, Canelo, Sergio, Sturm, Saunders, Quillin, Jacobs, and Ward (despite is foolish email offer of an 18 month build up, Kov knows GGG is the real ****ing deal.

At one point each of these fighters either try to get past having to fight GGG, or straight up ducked him.

It's one think to lose, it's another think to take a beating like GGG puts on people.
