Will you still be a fan of canelo if he vacates?

Lets say he beats khan and they start negotiations for the GGG fight and team GGG tries to enforce canelo to take the fight and dont take step aside money. Then canelo decides to vacate the belt . Will you still be a fan and how much respect will canelo lose from fans.

Vacating is the right thing to do if he is not intending to fight Golovkin.

He should fight at 154 though, continuing fighting at MW makes him look bad.

yes i will. they don't fight for the fans, they don't fight to prove who is best, they don't fight for the money.

He would be a shamless ducker then. Like when bowe ducked lewis.

I'd be a bigger fan of Canelo if he did vacate and fought some real fights. Guys like J-Rock, Andrade, Charlo, and Soro are legit fights for him, not muther-****ing Khan........

I cut him some slack because he's essentially fighting at LMW. He hasn't fought a single MW.

He should make weight though, 154.

He'll have my respect back if he vacates. The only problem I have with him is holding belts he does not properly defend.

Exactly this. He could fight a real mw first...but if ggg isn't in his plans within the next year, he needs to step.
