Can someone explain where the IBF mentioned pulev and chisora?

They are involved in an IBF eliminator. It also has the EU belt on the line. I've read 2 different stories saying takam/parker is a final eliminator but i've also read parker/takam winner faces pulev/chisora winner for the mand spot. I'm not sure which is the right story. 9 months could be enough time to have both eliminators done. I guess it's wait & see.
