As I undrtstand it, ultimately if it became an issue he could apply for a Waiver of Inadmissibility on the grounds that he doesn't pose a threat and has been 'rehabilitated'. The fact that he's been deemed fit to receive an MBE should work in his favour.Comment

Yes. He was caught with 8oz and charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to supply. He pleading guilty I believe and was given a 12 month community order with 100 hours unpaid work.

Worth pointing out that Martin Murray's conviction was for assault and robbery, so a bit worse than Joshua's 8oz of weed lol

I'd say so. It was a single crime that he was convicted for over 5 years ago and he didn't receive a custodial sentence.Comment
