Dude is lean, ripped and muscular but has fatty gland deposits under his ******* that can only be removed with surgery, 99 percent of the time people who are ripped lean and muscular and have this have used testosterone in some form either over the counter pro hormones or injectables and failed to get on a proper anti estrogen. During puberty boys can get puffy ******* but not fatty deposits they will go away once the male finishes puberty and usually do not stick around and go away.

Im guessing he took some supplements that contained some form of Oral steroid over the counter, a lot of supplements are contaminated with actual oral steroids ground up into powder form or pro hormones.

Gyno is usually a good indicator of someone who was on testosterone because your estrogen goes up to combat the high test, and guys who go off test and dont do a proper post cycle to level out the hormones tend to get gyno its why you see a lot of roided up bodybuilders who when they go off the stuff develop soft muscle look, because of the estrogen, overweight guys will have fat pecs that look like breasts but once they start losing weight most of them will burn that fat around the pecs right off, and not be left with the fatty gland under the *******, the overweight guys get left with saggy skin and need a left, Spence is lean with no fat and has never been overweight and has them.
