very true he doesnt have what it takes to be the best anymore too many young good fighters out there and he's gun shy and you cant be the best when your gun shy plain and simple. Should he take the fight hell yeah he should if he can get in there and fight and people will watch it why not but I dont think he is going to be on top ever again thats not what I was saying by any means. But he does still have some left in his tank we just havent seen it in a while.

its the other way around he has the physical skills he doesnt have the drive or what i call the hunger hes too rich to be fighting he doesnt have anything to fight for, fighters fight cuz there poor and after that to be a legend ,he already done both, after that what the hell is there, if he wants to fight for fun he shouldnt fight anybody who has a chance and give some bums who dedicated there life to the sport and have nothing to show for some ok paydays

what i'm getting from this is that either rjj wants to retire on a win, or he's about to start fighting journeymen for money/prolonged exposure/possible (and probably undeserved) title shot.

either way this fight should serve as a good catalyst for if he should just give it up or not. if he loses this then he needs to stay home and enjoy life.
