Arum would never allow this to happen. Spence Jr. is not financially feasible for a guy on Manny's level...yet. If anything Arum would make Pacquiao vs. Crawford before Pacquiao vs. Spence Jr. Errol needs Brook, Garcia, or the Thurman/Porter winner, in that order if possible.
