I don't see the point. Hearn/Brook can easily escape the offer by saying they'll do it at 147. Which Cotto would likely reject.

Until the weight gets settled, this is all media hype.

I much rather he fight Vargas then at least he gets something out if it. Vargas has fought at the weight and has a title.
