Consider him like another Viktor Postol before he exploded on the scene.
He is a very well schooled, tricky boxer who can fight at all ranges.
Dont get me wrong Konstantin is a good fighter, punches from different angles, very active but also when he starts throwing combinations he is really open to get hit and i dont think that he will be able to just bully Spence like he did with Solomon. I will still check his other fights so i can have better arguments or I might even change my opinion but at the moment I think that Errol Spence is really that good and he shouldnt have that much of a problem in the mid rounds

spence has to fight algeiri and ponomarev just to get a title shot. 2 guys who are better than anyone brook has fought while holding that title. this is boxing

He's definitely not another Postol. He almost lost to Solomon who's career has been plagued by problems & who really didn't look good vs Pono at all & still almost won.

I think Pono's pretty much at his ceiling. Which ain't a bad ceiling & he is talented don't get it twisted. Kid is only 23 so has plenty of time to grow & get better, but this fight will be too soon for him. He's there to be hit & I don't think his craftiness garners him much success vs Spence.

I agree that Spence should be highly favoured but have you actually seen the Russian kid fight? I wouldn't take Ponomarov too lightly, he certainly didn't look his best against Soloman and I wouldn't assume this one would be a walkthrough.

Ponomarev is not bad actually this could be a good fight. Spence will probably be too much for him right now but definitely intriguing nonetheless.
