Can the "slick" style be beaten?

Slick fighters seem to always be the best

we saw how easy floyd (slick) schooled pac (not slick) and pac was considered second best

how do you beat the slick style?

Any style can be beat on a given night , its not about a style its who is the holder of the style and how good is he .

By slick do u mean just Mayweather? Bcuz hes the only elite "slick" fighter i recall that retired undefeated. & in my non bias opinion, a schooling is what floyd did to Canelo, what he did to manny was what u call doing enough to win...

Floyd did not beat Pacquiao. And the style he used wasn't slick. It was stick. Duck and stick to Pacquiao. Punch and stick to Pacquiao. Then run. Then stick again if caught.

As long as you have a shoulder roll you can not be beaten.

This. He ran and held the whole night. And Manny landed the more effective blows, and more of hte power shots. In fact, Manny landed more meaningful shots than Floyd by a good margin.

RJJ was so ****ing biased commentating that fight. He shouldn't have a job after ruining a fight of the decade like that. RJJ's true colors showed that night.

People only want to use "slick" until you take a loss. Hopkins, Berto, Quillen, Broner, and others arguably have a slick style but no one wants to call it that when you aren't looking so slick anymore.

There's nothing better than watching a slick brotha clown some dude

like when floyd pulls a shoulder roll, makes them miss 4-5 shots, puckers his lips and shakes his head then counters their ass with crisp, clean counters

to me there is nothing better in boxing
